不同垂直骨面型骨性Ⅰ类青年上气道的形态与功能研究

The morphology and function study of upper airway in youth skeletal Class Ⅰ patients with different vertical facial types

目的:研究骨性Ⅰ类不同垂直骨面型不同性别青年上气道形态功能及舌骨位置的差异。方法:将筛选的骨性Ⅰ类青年志愿者60名,按下颌平面角(MP-FH)角大小分为低角、均角、高角3种垂直骨面型组,其中低角组18名,均角组18名,高角组24名。分析不同垂直骨面型口咽气道大小形态及功能差异。结果:不同垂直骨面型分组的测量结果中舌骨前上点与蝶鞍点到眼耳平面投影的距离(JH)存在显著差异(P<0. 05),其中,低角组最大,高角组最小。不同性别同一垂直骨面型均角组舌骨前上点到第三颈椎的距离(H-C3)存在差异;高角组舌骨前上点与蝶鞍点到眼耳平面投影的距离(JH)、平均血氧饱和度(MSaO_2)和最低血氧饱和度(LSaO_2)上均存在差异(P<0. 05);低角组各测量值均无差异(P>0. 05)。结论:骨性Ⅰ类不同垂直骨面型对舌骨的位置及上气道功能产生的影响较大。

Objective: To compare the upper airway morphological functionand hyoid bone position of young people skeletal ClassⅠ patients with different vertical facial type and compare the difference between male and female. Methods:The 60 skeletal ClassⅠ volunteers were divided into three groups based on their mandibular plane angle( MP-FH) angles that18 of high angle,18 of mean angle and 24 of low angle. The factorial design analysis of variance was performed among the different vertical facial type. Results: Among different vertical skeletal type groups,there was statistical difference in the distance between the anterior hyoid bone and the projection from the sella to the eye and ear plane( JH) in low and high angle groups. There was statistical difference in the distance from the superior point of the hyoid to the third cervical spine( H-C3)in mean angle groups between male and female. There was statistical difference in the distance between the anterior hyoid bone and the projection from the sella to the eye and ear plane( JH),mean blood oxygen saturation( MSaO2) and lowest oxygen saturation( LSa O2) in high angle groups respectively between male and female. There was no statistical difference in low angle groups of each measured value between male and female. Conclusion: The effect of different vertical facial types on the position of hyoid bone and upper airway function was significant.
