铒:钇铝石榴石激光处理技术对牙釉质再粘接强度的影响 被引量:2

A study on the effect of Er:YAG laser treatment on the bond strength of enamel re-bonding

摘要 目的:探讨铒:钇铝石榴石(Er:YAG)激光处理技术对牙釉质再粘结强度影响。方法:收集前磨牙和第三磨牙离体牙共计60颗;去除牙根并分割为颊侧/舌侧两部分后,获得90个合格样件。样件包埋于正畸自凝树脂,颊侧/舌侧面向上暴露;随机数字法分9组,每组各15个样件:D、E、F组,用激光治疗仪对牙釉质表面行照射,照射频率5 Hz、10 Hz、15 Hz,在粘结失败样件的牙釉质与粘结面行酸蚀处理;D1、E1、F1组在粘结失败样件的牙釉质与粘结面行酸蚀处理;D2、E2、F2组用激光治疗仪对牙釉质表面进行照射(频率5 Hz、10 Hz、15 Hz)后不行酸蚀处理。在全自动万能材料试验机上测试样件的剪切粘结强度。结果:各D组和E组的再次粘接剪切强度最大,D组和E组间再次粘结的剪切强度之间无明显差异,与其余各组有统计学差异;D1组即5 Hz激光照射组再粘结强度次之,与其余各组有统计学差异;F1组与F2组的再粘结剪切强度最小。在不同频率激光照射处理后,各组离体牙再粘结剪切强度有统计学差异(P<0.05),5 Hz激光照射后的粘结剪切强度高于10 Hz组和15 Hz组(P>0.05)。酸蚀后,离体牙再粘结剪切强度升高(P<0.05)。结论:经过铒:钇铝石榴石激光照射后,牙釉质的再粘结剪切强度有所提升,其中5 Hz频率激光照射下牙釉质再粘结剪切强度提升最显著,配合酸蚀处理能够提高牙釉质的再粘结剪切强度。 Objective:To investigate the effect of Erbium:Yttrium Aluminium Garnet(Er:YAG)laser treatment on enamel re-bonding strength.Methods:From June 2014 to December 2017,60 premolars and third molars were collected,root was removed and divided into buccal/lingual parts,and 90 eligible samples were obtained.The specimens were embedded in orthodontic self-curing resin and exposed upward on buccal/lingual sides.The samples were randomly divided into 9 groups,15 samples in each group:group D,E and F.The enamel surface was irradiated with laser therapeutic apparatus at frequencies of 5 Hz,10 Hz and 15 Hz.The enamel and bonding surface of the failed samples were etched with acid;group D1,E1 and F1 were etched with acid;group D2,E2 and F2 were irradiated with laser therapeutic apparatus.No acid etching was performed after radiation(frequency 5 Hz,10 Hz,15 Hz).The shear bond strength of the sample was tested on an automatic universal material testing machine.Results:The re-bonding shear strength of group D and group E was the largest,but there was no significant difference between group D and group E,and there was statistical difference with other groups;the re-bonding shear strength of group D1,that is,5 Hz laser irradiation group,was the second,and there was statistical difference with other groups;and the re-bonding shear strength of group F1 and group F2 was the smallest.After laser irradiation at different frequencies,the bond shear strength of teeth in each group was significantly different(P<0.05).The bond shear strength of teeth irradiated by 5 Hz laser was higher than that of 10 Hz group and 15 Hz group(P>0.05).After acid etching,the bond shear strength of isolated teeth increased(P<0.05).Conclusion:After Er:YAG laser irradiation,the rebonding shear strength of enamel was increased,and the re-bonding shear strength of enamel was increased most significantly under 5 Hz laser irradiation.The re-bonding shear strength of enamel could be improved by acid etching treatment.
