摘要
目的:研究保丽净(Polident)义齿清洁剂对不同种类茶垢的清洁能力。方法:选取CW-CC型牙科烤瓷钴铬生物合金铸造60个10 mm×10 mm×1.3 mm标准大小金属片,随机分成5组,观察表面形态后分别浸泡于绿茶、乌龙茶、红茶、普洱茶和茉莉花茶,连续浸泡96 h,观察其表面茶垢及腐蚀情况,使用Contour GT-K光学轮廓仪测定表面粗糙度(Ra值)。用保丽净义齿清洁剂浸泡清洗5 min及24 h后,观察表面情况及测定Ra值,对结果进行分析。结果:5组茶饮品浸泡96 h试件Ra值无明显变化,保丽净义齿清洁剂清洗5 min后Ra值均明显增大,清洗24 h后Ra值减小。其中保丽净义齿清洁剂清洗5 min后,各组表面粗糙度增大量:花茶组>乌龙茶组>红茶组>普洱茶组>绿茶组,与肉眼及2.5倍干涉物镜观察所得结论相同,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:5种茶饮品对CW-CC型牙科烤瓷钴铬生物合金均有一定腐蚀作用,浸泡后均有茶垢附着。保丽净义齿清洁剂对不同种类茶垢的清洗效果:花茶<乌龙茶<红茶<普洱茶<绿茶。
Objective:To study the cleaning ability of different tea stain after using Polident denture cleanser.Methods:Sixty standard samples casted by cobalt-based alloy were randomly divided into 5 groups,12 pieces in each group.After having been observed their surface features,specimens were separately soaked into green tea,oolong tea,black tea,pu’er tea and jasmine tea for 96 h continuously.The surface for tea stain and corrosion were observed and the surface roughness(Ra value)was measured using a Contour GT-K optical profilometer when the immersion was done.The specimen were cleaned by Polident denture for 5 min and for 24 h,then the surface were checked again.Results:The Ra value had no difference before and after the immersion in all 5 groups,while it has a significantly increase after 5-minutes’cleaning with Polident denture cleanser,and then decrease a little after 24-hour’cleaning.After 5 minutes of cleaning with Polident denture cleaner,the surface roughness of each group increased,that Jasmine Tea Group>Oolong Tea Group>Black Tea Group>Pu’er Tea Group>Green Tea Group,which was the same as that of the naked eye and 2.5 times interference objective observation.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:All 5 kinds of tea drinks have certain corrosive effects on CW-CC dental ceramic cobalt-chromium bio-alloy,and there is tea scale adhesion after immersion.The cleaning effect of Polident denture cleaner on different kinds of tea scale that flower tea<Oolong tea<black tea<Pu’er tea<green tea.
