孕前妇女罹患牙周病与胎儿早产及低体重儿的相关性研究

Correlation between periodontal disease and preterm birth,low birth weight in pre-pregnancy women

目的:探讨孕前妇女罹患牙周病与胎儿早产的相关性。方法:选取广州市花都区妇幼保健院就诊的518例孕前妇女作为研究对象,经过专业口腔医生进行相关牙周疾病的诊断,完成一系列口腔和全身健康生活习惯调查问卷,并随访与记录胎龄和胎重。结果:纳入研究人群中,219例孕前妇女被诊断为不同程度的牙周病,且其胎儿早产率和低体重胎儿的风险更高。结论:孕前妇女牙周病与胎儿早产存在相关性,可能是孕妇发生胎儿早产的危险因素之一。

Objective:To investigate the relationship between periodontal disease and preterm birth in pre-pregnancy women.Methods:This study recruited 518 pre-pregnancy women from Huzhong Hospital in Huadu District of Guangzhou City as a research object,and completed a series of questionnaires on oral and general health and lifestyle habits through the diagnosis of relevant periodontal diseases by professional dentists.Follow-up and recording of data on gestational age and fetal weight were performed.Results:Of the included study population,219 pre-pregnancy women were diagnosed with varying degrees of periodontal disease,and in subsequent clinical follow-up,pregnant women in the periodontal disease group had higher rates of fetal preterm birth and low birth weight.Conclusion:Pre-pregnancy women’s periodontal disease is associated with fetal premature birth,which may be one of the risk factors for preterm birth in pregnant women.
