摘要
目的:比较SonicFill声波树脂、Filtek Bulk-fill流体树脂和3M Z350 XT传统树脂充填前磨牙楔状缺损边缘微渗漏。方法:取新鲜离体前磨牙60颗,在颊颈部釉牙骨质界处制备Ⅴ类洞(洞深3 mm×近远中径2 mm×龈高2 mm)洞型,随机分成3组,分别进行进行SonicFill声波树脂组、Filtek Bulk-fill流体树脂组和3M Z350 XT纳米树脂组充填。立体显微镜下观察修复体边缘染色情况并分析测量微渗漏深度,扫描电镜下测量边缘裂缝宽度。结果:三种树脂充填与牙体组织之间的染料渗入深度分别为(0.80±0.20)mm、(0.94±0.12)mm和(1.07±0.12)mm;边缘裂隙宽度分别为(5.70±1.76)μm、(5.15±2.20)μm和(8.71±2.23)μm,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:大块树脂充填楔状缺损边缘微渗漏的染色深度和裂隙宽度均低于传统树脂充填。
Objective:To compare the marginal microleakage of fillings for wedged shaped erosion restoration using SonicFill resin,Filtek Bulk-fill resin and 3 M Z350 XT resin.Methods:ClassⅤcavities[3 mm(depth)×2 mm(width)×2 mm(height)]were prepared at the cement-enamel junction on buccal surface of 60 recently extracted human premolars.The preparations were randomly assigned to three groups according to the material used.After soaked for 24 hours in 2%methyl blue solution,the specimens were cut through the midline of the restoration buccolingually and longitudinally.The leakage depths was observed and measured,while the edge crack width in three groups was measured under scanning electron microscope(SEM).Results:The depth of dye penetration of the three groups was(0.80±0.20)mm,(0.94±0.12)mm and(1.07±0.12)mm,while the width of edge crack was(50±1.76)μm,(5.15±2.20)μm and(8.71±2.23)μm,there was statistically significant difference in three groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Repairing the wedge-shaped defects with bulk-fill resin composites can achieve superior marginal seal.
