摘要
目的:比较两种根管长度测量仪测量不同牙髓状态下根管工作长度的准确性。方法:选取活髓牙和死髓牙各62个根管,随机分为4组,分别采用ProPex II和SybroEndo根管长度测量仪测量根管工作长度。WaveOne Gold机用镍钛器械预备根管至P号,25~#不锈钢K锉插入根管达工作长度,拍摄X线根尖片,通过PACS软件量取K锉尖端到牙根根尖的距离(D值)。统计分析各组测量准确率和D值差异。结果:SybroEndo根管长度测量仪组活髓和死髓状态下,准确率分别为93.56%和96.54%,均高于ProPex II组,分别为90.36%和92.54%,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。组间D值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:ProPex II和SybroEndo根管长度测量仪在活髓牙和死髓牙的根管工作长度测定中均具有较高的准确率,值得在临床工作中选择应用。
Objective:To evaluate the accuracy of two electronic apex locators measuring root canal working length in different pulp status.Methods:Sixty-two root canals with vital pulp or necrotic pulp were randomly divided into four group.The working length were measured by ProPex II and SybroEndo electronic apex locators.All canals were prepared by WaveOne Gold NiTi rotary files to size P.And 25~#K files were inserted into the root canals to the working length and the X-ray was taken.The distance of the apical of 25~#K file to the root apical(D value)was measured by PACS software.The accuracy of each group and D value were statistically analyzed.Results:The accuracy of ProPex II vital pulp group and necrotic pulp group were 90.36%and 92.54%respectively.The accuracy of SybroEndo vital pulp group and necrotic pulp group were 93.56%and 96.54%respectively.There was no significant difference between each group(P>0.05).There was no significant difference of D value between each group(P>0.05).Conclusion:ProPex II and SybroEndo electronic apex locators both determined the working length with high accuracy and are recommended for clinical use.
