摘要
近年来,随着对长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)研究的不断深入,lncRNA在肿瘤发生发展中的作用受到越来越广泛的关注。其中,lncRNA尿路上皮癌相关抗原1(UCA1)在膀胱癌、胃癌、肝癌、卵巢癌等多种肿瘤组织中呈高表达,并参与了肿瘤的发生与发展。本文就UCA1与膀胱癌的关系作一综述。
With the development of long noncoding RNA(lncRNA)research,more and more attention have been paid to the role of lncRNA in tumorigenesis and development.Among them,lncRNA urothelial carcinoma associated antigen 1(lncRNA UCA1)is highly expressed in bladder cancer,gastric cancer,liver cancer,ovarian cancer and other tumor tissues,and is closely related to the occurrence and development of tumors.This article reviews the relationship between lncRNA UCA1 and bladder cancer.
