腹腔镜结直肠手术中的联合手术问题探讨

Combined operation problem on laparoscopic colorectal surgery for the treatment of the patients with colorectal cancer

目的探讨结直肠肿瘤经腹腔镜联合手术的可行性及优越性。方法回顾性分析2005年1月至2011年12月施行的18例腹腔镜结直肠手术中合并其他腹部疾病患者的临床资料,包括手术适应证、手术方式、手术后并发症等。结果 8例手术均获成功,无手术中和手术后并发症发生及中转开腹,术后恢复顺利,疗效满意。结论腹腔镜下联合手术是一种安全、有效和经济的措施,值得临床推广应用和普及。

Abstact:Objective To explore the feasibility and safety of combined laparoscopic surgery for the treatment of the patients with colorectal cancer. Methods 18 patients with colorectal cancer underwent laparoscopic colorectal cancer operation combined with other operation for other abdominal diseases from January 2005 to December 2011.The clinical data of these patients was analyzed including the operative indications, the operative types and the postoperative complications. Results 18 patients with colorectal cancer were performed successfully. Of all patients, no one was convered to laparotomy and there was no any postoperative complications. Cnoclusions Combined laparoscopic surgery is a kind of safe, effective and economic measures for the treatment of the patients with colorectal cancer and it is worthy of clinical popularization.
