经空肠造口置入肠梗阻导管行全小肠排列术治疗粘连性肠梗阻

Ileus tube intestinal plication by jejunostomy treatment on adhesive intestinal obstruction

目的探讨术中经空肠造口置入肠梗阻导管行小肠内排列术治疗粘连性肠梗阻的手术方式及疗效。方法回顾分析本院普外科收治的9例应用肠梗阻导管行小肠内排列术治疗的粘连性肠梗阻患者临床资料,并随访。结果 9例患者均顺利拔管,痊愈出院,术后未出现并发症,随访3个月至2年,随访期间无肠梗阻复发。结论经空肠造口放置肠梗阻导管行小肠内排列术治疗粘连性肠梗阻,手术方式简单且安全,疗效满意,尤其适用于反复发作的粘连性肠梗阻患者。

Objective To explore the operation mode and curative effect of placing ileus tube in adhesive intestinal obstruction. Methods Retrospective analysis the data of nine patients of intestinal plication treated with ileus tube. Results Nine patients recovered smoothly with no postoperative complication.All patients were followed-up from 3 months to 2 years. No recurrence of intestinal obstruction during follow-up. Conclusion Ileus tube in intestinal plication is simple, safe and effective for the treatment of adhesive intestinal obstruction, especially for recurrent intestinal obstruction in patients.
