根据高镍奥氏体铸铁凝固特性 ,总结铸件工艺设计特点 ,化学成分对力学性能和铸件完善性的影响 ,阐述熔炼、球化和孕育、补焊。
According to the Characteristics of high Ni austenitic cast iron, the effect of chemical composition and technological design on mechanical property and soundness of castings are summarized. Based on that, the brief heat treatments such as melting, spheroidizeing, inoculation and repaired welding are discussed.
