摘要 应用湿砂铸型浇注中低铬白口铸铁 ,采用正交试验研究Cr、Si、Mn、Cu对铸态中低铬白口铸铁力学性能的影响。研究表明 ,高硅、中铬、高锰、高铜有利提高硬度 ;高硅、低铬、中锰、中铜有利于提高冲击韧性 ;且最佳的化学成分w为 :≤ 5 .5 %Cr;2 .0 %~ 3 .5 %Si;≤ 2 %Mn ;≤ 1 .0 %Cu。 The medium chromium white cast iron has been pouring by green sand mold, and the effect of Cr?Si?Mn?Cu on mechanical properties of as cast medium chromium white cast iron has been studied by orthogonal test. The result shows that high silicon, medium chromium, high manganese and copper is benefit for increasing hardness, high silicon, low chromium, medium manganese and copper is benefit for impacting toughness, the best compasition rang is about impact strength were considered altogether, the optimum ingredient range was ≤5.5% Cr,2.0%~ 3.5% Si , ≤2% Mn ,≤1.0% Cu.
