摘要
研制出 1种新型的高强度、高透气性复合醇基涂料。利用该涂料研究了工艺系统的设计、浇注工艺参数对消失模铸造风机机座成型过程的影响。通过优化工艺设计 ,探索出一套适合于风机机座的消失模铸造工艺 。
According to the collapse and low productivity which usually appeared in manufacturing air blower stand by V EPC process, a new kind of coating with high strength and high ventilation was developed. The effect of technology system design and casting parameters on forming air blower stand by V EPC process was studied for above. A set of V EPC technology for air blower stand was developed. The results show that through optimization of technology V EPC may be successfully applied to batch process of air blower stand.
