摘要
用稀土钙钡和FeSi75复合孕育剂孕育处理气缸盖 ,能显著减小铸件的白口倾向、增加共晶团数 ,提高铸件的强度 ,同时硬度变化不大 ,气缸盖可获得优良的综合力学性能 ,渗漏率从 60 %降至 1 0 %以下。
The advantages include that chill tendency of casting is reduced remarkably, the amount of eutectic cells are increased , so does the strength. At the same time, the hardness isn't changed, and the leakage rate is decreased from 60% to 10%. Based on above, the cylinder cover has good mechanical property.
