CARD蛋白家族在动脉粥样硬化中的作用

Progresses in the roles of CARD signaling proteins in atherosclerosis

胱天蛋白酶募集结构域(caspase activation and recruitment domain,CARD)蛋白家族在固有免疫和适应性免疫中均发挥重要作用。近年研究显示CARD蛋白家族同时参与了动脉粥样硬化、心肌梗死、心肌纤维化、高血压等多种心血管疾病的病理生理过程。外界病原体及体内组织损伤信号均可以启动CARD相关通路。本文就近年来国内外对CARD蛋白家族与动脉粥样硬化关系的研究进展综述如下。

Caspase recruitment domain(CARD)signaling protein,plays a fundamental role in both innate and adaptive immunity.CARD signaling proteins have been reported to be involved in atherosclerosis,myocardial infarction,myocardial fibrosis,hypertension and many other cardiovascular diseases.Either outer pathogens or inner damage signals are able to initiate the CARD signaling protein-related transduction.This article reviews some progresses in the roles of CARD signaling proteins in atherosclerosis.
