自1985年Trousseau首次发现血栓与癌症的相关性以来,一系列研究证实各种肿瘤均与血栓形成有关;特别是在恶性血液病中,出血并发症往往占主要地位,从而使人们忽略了血栓并发症。实际上恶性血液病除了本身疾病进展危及生命外,患者还存在出血与血栓的危险性,即血栓出血综合征,严重威胁患者生命。
