摘要 感染是异基因造血干细胞移植(allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation,alloHSCT)成功的主要障碍,深部侵袭性真菌感染(invasive fungal infection,IFI)容易导致allo-HSCT失败。既往认为合并深部IFI是allo-HSCT的禁忌证,但新型强力低毒抗真菌药物的出现及广泛抗.
