计算机辅助系统对听觉障碍患者听觉言语康复效果的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究计算机辅助系统对听觉障碍患者的听觉言语康复效果。方法选取2015年5月-2017年5月120例听觉障碍患者随机分为对照组(60例)和实验组(60例),对照组采用常规听觉言语康复训练,实验组在对照组基础上采用计算机辅助系统进行听觉言语康复训练,在训练后3、6、12个月分别比较两组听觉能力分级评估(CAP)、言语可懂度分级评估(SIR)及听觉言语识别能力。结果训练前,两组CAP、SIR及听觉言语识别能力差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。康复训练3、6、12个月后,两组患者的CAP、SIR及听觉言语识别能力较训练前均有不同程度改善,康复训练时间越长,改善越明显,且实验组患者CAP分级、SIR分级和听觉言语识别能力均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论计算机辅助系统可明显改善听障患者的听觉言语康复效果,提高其听觉言语能力,为临床治疗听觉言语障碍患者提供诊断信息。 Objective To study the effect of computer-aided system on auditory speech rehabilitation in patients with hearing impairment.Methods 120 patients admitted from May 2015 to May 2017 with hearing impairment were random divided into control group(n=60 cases)and experimental group(n=60 cases).The control group take routine auditory speech rehabilitation training.The experimental group used computer-aided system on the basis of control group.Compared the categories of auditory per-formance(CAP),speech intelligibility assessment(SIR)and auditory speech recognition ability of the two groups after 3,6 and 12 months training.Results The CAP,SIR and auditory speech recognition ability of the control group and the experimental group were not statistically significant before training(P>0.05).CAP,SIR and auditory speech recognition ability of the two groups were improved to different degrees after 3,6 and 12 months rehabilitation training.And The longer the rehabilitation training,the more obvious,and the CAP grade,SIR grade and auditory speech recognition ability of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group at the same period.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Computer-aided system can obviously improve the hearing and speech rehabilitation effect of hearing impaired patients,improve their hearing and speech ability,and provide diagnostic information for clinical treatment of hearing and speech impaired patients.
