扎鲁司特联合丙酸倍氯米松气雾剂对老年支气管哮喘患者肺功能及生活质量的影响 被引量:3

Effect of Zafirluk Combined with Beclomethasone Propionate Aerosol on Lung Function and Quality of Life in Elderly Patients with Bronchial Asthma

摘要 目的研究扎鲁司特联合丙酸倍氯米松气雾剂治疗老年支气管哮喘的临床效果。方法选取2017年1月-2018年1月河广东省惠州市中信惠州医院老年支气管哮喘患者112例,依照治疗方案,分为观察组和对照组,各56例。对照组采用丙酸倍氯米松气雾剂吸入治疗,观察组采用扎鲁司特联合丙酸倍氯米松气雾剂治疗。比较两组临床症状缓解时间及住院时间、治疗前及治疗2周后肺功能指标[第1秒用力呼气容积占用力肺活量比(FEV1/FVC)、呼气峰流速值(PEF)]及生活质量变化。结果观察组胸闷、喘息及咳嗽缓解时间、住院时间短于对照组(P <0.05);治疗2周后观察组FEV1/FVC、PEF高于对照组(P <0.05);治疗2周后观察组各项生活质量评分均高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论老年支气管哮喘患者采用扎鲁司特联合丙酸倍氯米松气雾剂治疗,能有效促进患者临床症状缓解,改善其肺功能,缩短住院时间,提升生活质量。 Objective To study the clinical effect of zafirluk combined with beclomethasone propionate aerosol in the treatment of bronchial asthma in the elderly.Methods 112 elderly patients with bronchial asthma in our hospital from January2017 to January 2018 were enrolled.According to the treatment plan,they were divided into observation group and control group with 56 cases in each group.The control group was treated with inhalation of beclomethasone dipropionate aerosol,and the observation group was treated with zafirlukast combined with beclomethasone propionate aerosol.Compared the duration of clinical symptom relief and hospitalization time,lung function index[1 st forced expiratory volume occupancy capacity(FEV1/FVC),peak expiratory flow rate(PEF)]and quality of life variety before treatment and 2 weeks after treatment.Results In the observation group,the chest tightness,wheezing and cough remission time and hospitalization time were shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,the FEV1/FVC and PEF in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,quality of life score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of bronchial asthma in patients with bronchial asthma combined with beclomethasone propionate aerosol can effectively promote the relief of clinical symptoms,improve their lung function,shorten hospital stay and improve quality of life.
