磷酸奥司他韦联合小儿豉翘清热颗粒治疗甲型流行性感冒的临床效果分析

Clinical Effect Analysis of oseltamivir phosphate Combined with Xiaoer Chiqiao Qingre Granules in Treating Influenza A

目的分析甲型流行性感冒(简称甲型流感)患儿以磷酸奥司他韦与小儿豉翘清热颗粒(商品名同贝)联合治疗的效果。方法选择2018年9月-2019年2月正阳县妇幼保健院收治的甲型流感患儿236例进行分组研究,以随机双盲法分为两组,对照组单纯使用磷酸奥司他韦抗病毒治疗,观察组则加用小儿豉翘清热颗粒治疗,评价两组效果,记录两组时间指标(包括发热、症状好转、病毒转阴、住院)及不良反应,并比较。结果观察组总有效率更高,与对照组差异显著(P <0.05);观察组发热时间、症状好转时间、病毒转阴时间、住院时间均更短,与对照组差异显著(P <0.05);组间不良反应对比无显著差异(P> 0.05)。结论甲型流感应用磷酸奥司他韦与小儿豉翘清热颗粒治疗,相比单纯磷酸奥司他韦治疗,可以更好地改善效果,缩短症状改善时间、住院时间等指标,且安全性好,值得应用。

Objective To analyze the effect of combined treatment of oseltamivir phosphate and Xiaoer Chiqiao Qingre Granules for children with influenza A.Methods 236 children with influenza A admitted to Zhengyang Maternal and Child Health Hospital from September 2018 to February 2019 were divided into two groups by random double-blind method.The control group was treated with oseltamivir phosphate antiviral therapy only,while the observation group was treated with Chiqiao Qingre Granules for children.The effects of the two groups were evaluated and the time indexes(including fever,symptom improvement,virus turning negative,hospitalization)and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The fever time,symptom improvement time,virus turning negative time and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Compared with oseltamivir phosphate alone,the application of oseltamivir phosphate and Chiqiao Qingre Granules in the treatment of influenza A can better improve the effect,shorten the symptom improvement time,hospitalization time and other indicators,and is safe and worthy of application.
