葛根素佐治血糖控制不佳2型糖尿病患者52例效果分析

Effect of Puerarin on 52 Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus with Poor Blood Glucose Control

目的探讨葛根素联合门冬胰岛素对血糖控制不佳2型糖尿病患者降糖效果及胰岛素抵抗的影响。方法选取2017年8月-2018年8月期间方城县第二人民医院内科收治的血糖控制不佳2型糖尿病患者中选取104例作为研究对象,根据治疗方式不同分为两组,各52例,均应用门冬胰岛素治疗,另在观察组患者中加用葛根素,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组患者的空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、夜间血糖和糖化血红蛋白显著低于对照组(P <0.05);空腹胰岛素、胰岛素抵抗指数低于对照组;胰岛β细胞功能指数和胰岛素敏感指数高于对照组(P <0.05);谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶、超氧化物歧化酶水平高于对照组;活性氧和丙二醛低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论在血糖控制不佳2型糖尿病患者中联合应用葛根素和门冬胰岛素,能够有效改善患者的血糖水平和胰岛素抵抗,缓解抗氧化物质失衡等临床症状,具备应用价值。

Objective To explore the effect of puerarin combined with insulin aspart on hypoglycemic effect and insulin resistance in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with poor blood glucose control.Methods From August 2017 to August2018,104 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with poor blood glucose control admitted to the internal medicine department of Fangcheng County Second People’s Hospital were selected as the research objects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into two groups,52 patients in each group were treated with insulin aspart,and puerarin was added to the patients in the observation group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results Fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,nighttime blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Fasting insulin and insulin resistance index were lower than those of the control group.The isletβcell function index and insulin sensitivity index were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of glutathione peroxidase and superoxide dismutase were higher than those of the control group.Reactive oxygen species and malondialdehyde were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined application of puerarin and insulin aspart in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with poor blood glucose control can effectively improve the blood glucose level and insulin resistance of patients,relieve the clinical symptoms such as imbalance of antioxidant substances,and has application value.
