十二指肠镜诊断治疗老年患者的术中及术后护理配合

Intraoperative and Postoperative Nursing Cooperation of Duodenoscopy Diagnosis and Treatment in Elderly Patients

目的研究十二指肠镜诊断治疗老年患者的术中及术后护理配合。方法选取2017年1月-2018年1月到河南中医药大学第一附属医院接受十二指肠镜诊断治疗的老年患者76例,根据随机分配原则分为对照组和观察组,每组38例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予综合性护理,对比两组不良反应发生情况以及护理满意度。结果观察组不良反应发生率和护理满意度评分均明显优于对照组(P <0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论加强十二指肠镜诊断治疗的术中及术后护理配合能显著减少患者不良反应发生,减轻其痛苦,患者满意度高,值得临床应用。

Objective To study the intraoperative and postoperative nursing cooperation of duodenoscopy diagnosis and treatment in elderly patients.Methods 76 elderly patients who underwent duodenoscopy diagnosis and treatment from January2017 to January 2018 admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were enrolled.According to the randomized principle,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 38 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,and the observation group received comprehensive care,the incidence of adverse reactions and nursing satisfaction were compared.Results The incidence of adverse reactions and nursing satisfaction scores in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Strengthening the intraoperative and postoperative nursing cooperation of duodenoscopy can significantly reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,relieve the pain,and with high patient satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical application.
