摘要
随着大学生心理问题的日益突出,心理健康教育得到普遍重视。各大高校纷纷开设心理健康教育课程,有些高校甚至把其列为公共必修课。但是,在课程的开设和教学过程中,却存在着一些诸如教学内容、教学方式、考核评估等问题,这些问题使我们的大学生对心理健康教育课由希望上课逐步转变为可上课可不上课。本文通过分析大学生心理健康教育课的问题及其表现,对心理健康教育课的改革和完善进行思考。
With the increasingly prominent of mental problems,mental health education has been widespread attention.Major colleges and universities have set up mental health education programs,some universities even listed it as public courses.However,in the course of the creation and teaching process,there are some problems such as teaching content,teaching methods,examination and evaluation make our college students changed from hoping to have lessons to school classes on mental health education classes.By analyzing the mental health problems and the performance of education classes,this paper gives thoughts on reform and improvement of educational classes on mental health.
