大学英语教学中的文化因素

Culture education in collage English for Non-Language majors

语言教学与文化是密不可分的,大学英语教学必需导入文化教学。由于大学英语教学有其自身的特点,在教学中导入文化必需处理好以下关系:基础语言教学和文化教学,学生实际水平与文化教学,有限的学时与文化教学,母语文化与文化教学以及文化共性和文化差异。希望通过文化教学来引导学生通过英语语言来体验其所代表的文化,再通过文化来促进英语语言的学习。

Language and culture are closely related to each other,culture education in college English teaching becomes a must.Since college English teaching has its own characteristics,the introduction of culture into such classes should balance the following relations: language teaching and culture teaching,the actual language level of the students and culture teaching,limited classroom teaching time and culture teaching,native culture and culture teaching,culture similarities and differences.The purpose of this paper is to help non-language students experience the culture represented by the language,and in turn enhance their language study.
