专业化视野下锦州市农村小学骨干教师培训的有效研究

摘要 为全面了解锦州市农村小学教师专业化发展的现状,研究建立健全教师专业化发展的制度保障体系及运行机制,加快教师教育一体化进程,我们对锦州市农村小学骨干教师的培训发展情况展开了一次问卷调查。通过调查与分析,指出锦州市农村小学教师专业化发展存在的一些不容忽视的问题,并以此为例,提出了有效推进区域教师专业化发展的对策和建议。 In order to understand Jin Zhou rural primary school teachers' professional development present situation and study of teachers' professional development to establish and perfect the system guarantee system and operation mechanism Accelerate teacher education integration process,We launched a questionnaire survey for Jin Zhou Shi rural primary school training development backbone teachers.Through this survey and analysis,we points out that Jin Zhou Shi rural primary school teachers' professional development some existing ignoring problem.And this as an example,we proposes effective countermeasures and suggestions to promote the regional teachers' professional development.
