荀子“礼治”的分配正义思想

荀子以性恶论为理论基奠,提出"礼治"下的分配正义思想。该思想针对社会政治名分、物质财富以及相应的责任义务进行等级分配,体现了荀子以不平等为平等的诠释逻辑与以"人治"为核心的统治主张。

Xunzi proposed distributive justice idea of ' Rule of Rite ' on the theoretical foundation of nature evil.The idea carried out the grade distribution according to socio-political birthright,material wealth and the level of the corresponding allocation of responsibilities and obligations,reflects the logical interpretation of taking inequality as equality of Xunzi and the ruling stand of 'the rule of man'as the core.
