台湾原住民族语言政策之语言能力认证制度体系分析

On the language skills certification system of Taiwan's indigenous language policy

对少数民族语言能力进行考试认证在世界各国的语言政策中尚不多见,我国台湾原住民语言能力认证制度在此方面进行了有益尝试,对于保存和发展少数民族语言起到了一定的促进作用。台湾原住民族语言能力认证包括两个子项目,截至目前国内仅有几篇文章对其中一项进行过介绍,本文首次将两项认证合二为一,以整个制度体系为研究对象,从基本含义、出台背景、主要内容、执行情况与改进建议等方面进行全面分析和评介。

The ability of minority languages in the world certified to test the language policy is still rare,our certification system in Taiwan aborigines in this regard a useful attempt,for the preservation and development of minority language promotion has played a certain effect.Taiwan Residents aboriginal language proficiency consists of two subprojects,as of now only one of several articles on been introduced,this certification the first time the two combined to study system for the whole system,analyzes and reviews from basic meaning,the introduction of the background,main content,implementation and recommendations for improvement in areas comprehensively.
