随着高等教育的发展,高校辅导员在学生管理工作中发挥着非常重要的作用,新时期大学生在思想观念、生活模式、价值取向等方面都发生了一定的变化,这就要求辅导员必须提高工作能力、个人修养,加强理论学习,这样才能充分发挥好引导者、良师益友、思想工作疏导者的作用。文章主要论述了从学生思想道德的培养和教育入手做好学生的管理工作。

With the development of higher education,college counselors in student management plays a very important role in college students in thinking,life styles,values and so some changes have taken place,which requires counselor must improve the ability to work,personal accomplishment,to strengthen theoretical study,so as to give full play to guide,mentor,thought to ease the work's role.This article discusses the ideological and moral training from the students and education students start with good management.
