Exploration on new model of tourism management professionals training

旅游业是"十一五"期间发展最快的行业之一,但旅游业在发展过程中也凸显了一些问题。本文针对我国旅游业的发展现状,说明了旅游管理专业人才培养的重要性,并分析了旅游管理专业人才培养在课程设置、实践教学、人才培养目标方面的问题,从而提出了"知识文化+技能+诚信"这一新型人才培养模式。

Tourism is one of the fastest growing industries 'during' the' Eleventh Five-Year Plan',the tourism industry also highlights some problems in the development process.According to the status quo of China's tourism development,this paper shows the importance of tourism management professional training,and analyzes the problems of tourism management professionals the curriculum installment,practical teaching,personnel training objectives,then proposes the new model of 'cultural knowledge + skills + faith '.
