民办高校在管理、教学及科研的过程中所形成的民办高校档案是记录并反映其整体工作状态的原始资料,加强档案管理将有利于民办高校的各方面的不断完善。在分析民办高校档案管理的基本特点及评估档案与普通档案的异同的基础上,分析了民办高校档案管理中存在的若干问题,最后针对评估档案的特点提出了具体的管理模式,以期对做好民办高校档案管理工作起到推动作用。

The private colleges files formed in process of management,teaching and research is the raw data to recorded and reflect the overall state of private colleges,strengthening file management will help the private colleges improve in all aspects.Based on analysis of the basic features of colleges file management,and the similarities and differences between assessment file and general file,the paper analyzes a number of issues in the private colleges file management,and finally put forward specific management mode according to the characteristics of the assessment file,with a view to play a catalytic role to make private colleges file management better.
