摘要
根据软件人才培养的特点,阐述了目前软件人才培养存在的问题,分析了模拟公司在软件专业人才培养中的优势;通过在教学环节中模拟软件公司的内部结构及项目开发过程,是在技能型软件专业人才培养过程中实现"工学结合"的有效方法。
According to the characteristics of software talents training,describing the current problems in software talents training,The paper analyzes the opportunity that used in the professional human force for software service;By using Practical Teaching Method of structure of 'Simulated Company' and the project development process,it could be a method to achieve the combination of Work and Learning in software skilled talents training.
