The equivalence is the long-term debate in the field of translation,also the difficulty of translation,because in some cases,equivalence can not be fully realized.This paper through the contrast of functional equivalence theory of Nida's and equivalent effect theory of Newmark's,focuses on the application of perlocutionary effect equivalence of Leo Hickey’s and equivalence translation principles in the translation practice.Perlocutionary effect equivalence and equivalence translation principles throughout the entire process of translation,guide the practice of translation dynamicly.
