谈青少年在比赛中影响罚球命中率的因素及其对策

On the factors affecting the free-throw percentage of young people in the game and countermeasures

本文通过对影响罚球命中率因素的分析,得出罚球时的心理状态是影响命中率的主要因素,并指出其出现的原因,以及造成的影响。在训练中,提出了模拟训练和心理控制等方法,建立正确适宜的罚球程序,提高罚球命中率。

Based on the analysis of the factors affecting free-throw percentage,obtains that the psychological state is the main factor affecting hit rate,and points out the reasons for its emergence and the impact.In the training,this paper proposes simulation training and psychological control,establishing the correct and appropriate procedures for the penalty,to improve free-throw shooting.
