大学生志愿服务现状及对策研究

The present situation and countermeasure of college students' volunteer service

近年来,大学生志愿服务在理论研究和实践探索等方面均取得较大成绩和进展,但是也毋庸讳言存在着对其活动意义认识不到位、活动形式化倾向明显、活动内容单薄、活动考评缺失等问题和不足。大学生志愿服务只有提高认识,加强宣传和指导;加强计划,使活动常规化;纵深推进,提升专业化水平;科学考评,提高实效性,才能更好适应新形势的需要。

In recent years,college students’ volunteer service have achieved great progress in theory research and practice exploration,also exists the problems and deficiencies of not understanding the meaning of the activity,form of activity tendency is obvious,thin activity content,lack of activity evaluation.College students' volunteer service only to raise awareness,strengthen the publicity and guidance;strengthening program,so that the activities is routinely;further enhance the professional level;scientific evaluation,enhance the effectiveness,in order to better meet the needs of the new situation.
