高职院校学报已成为高职教育发展过程中一支不可忽视的主要力量。高职院校通过高职学报发表论文与交流学术,既可以提升教师的业务和理论能力,又可以进一步整体提高学校教学和科研的水平,形成一个良好的学术氛围,从而更好、更快地推动和促进高职教育的发展。但由于高职院校学报先天不足——"起步晚、底子薄、经验少",那么在竞争激烈的时代,该如何挖掘和发挥"后天优势"呢?

Vocational college journals has become a cannot ignore main force in the development of higher vocational education.Journal of higher vocational colleges through publishing papers and academic exchanges,can improve teachers' business and the theorical ability,and can further improve the the level of school teaching and scientific research,forming a good academic atmosphere,in order to better,faster promote the development of higher vocational education.But because the journals of vocational colleges be congenitally deficient,' starts late,weak economic foundation,with little experience',so in the era of intense competition,how to mine and play' acquired advantage'?
