Analysis of electronic democracy and limitation from the view of information freedom theory

电子民主既需要网络技术提供物理平台,也需要信息自由理念提供思想资源。电子民主与信息自由之间存在互动关系,信息自由的限度直接构成电子民主的局限和障碍,电子民主的限度本质上乃是信息自由限度在公民参政议政领域中的具体落实。

Electronic democracy requires the physical platform provided by network technology,but also intellectual resources which is caused by information freedom.The relationship of electronic democracy and information freedom is interaction,and the limitation of information freedom directly lead to the obstacle and limitation of electronic democracy,the limitation of electronic democracy is essentially the limitation of information freedom which embodies the right to participate in and discuss political affairs in politic field.
