摘要
高师院校师范生顶岗实习是组织师范生到特定学校实习,对置换出的在职教师进行培训的活动,它是基于师范生专业发展的需要,有利于培养专业情感,丰富专业知识,提高专业能力。顶岗实习经历初步探索、逐步发展与大力推广三个阶段,目前正逐步走向成熟。
In-post teaching practice of the colleges and normal schools' students is an activity which organize the normal students to specific schools to practice and provide training to in-service teachers who are replaced.It is based on the needs of the normal students’ professional development.It can cultivate professional emotion,rich professional knowledge,and improve professional ability.In-post teaching practice went through three stages: exploration,gradual development and wide spread.Now,it is reaching maturing.
