准备活动是体育教学过程中的重要组成部分,正确地认识准备活动的作用,合理地选择安排准备活动的形式、内容和时间,才能有效地提高体育教学的效果和教学质量,并且有利于学生学习和掌握体育基本知识、技术和技能。

Preparing activities is an important component in PE teaching,correctly understanding the role of preparing activity,reasonably arranging the form,content and time of preparing activities,can effectively improve the teaching effect and quality of teaching,and help students learn and master the basic sports knowledge,technology and skills.
