摘要
在我国,对于篮球训练中的体能训练的重视度还不是很高,在篮球体能训练中常常存在很多问题,致使运动员在体能训练中把握不好力度,或者受到伤害。根据篮球训练的专项训练理论,篮球训练需要运动员的力量、速度、耐力、柔韧性等都有较好的素质,在这些方面,要以科学的方法,加强运动员的体能训练。本文从篮球体能训练的重要性出发,探讨在篮球体能训练中存在的问题以及对策。
In our country,the importance for the physical training in basketball training is not very high,there are often many problems in the basketball fitness training,resulting in athletes not grasp the strength well or hurt in the physical training.According to the special training theory of basketball training,basketball training needs athletes' good quality of strength,speed,endurance,flexibility,in these respects,to the scientific method,strengthens physical ability training of athletes.This paper starts from the importance of physical basketball training to discuss the problems and the countermeasures in basketball fitness training.
