In today's economic environment,the competition among small and medium enterprises is increasing,the selecting of economics and management talent is more comprehensive,enterprises need more professionals with good personal accomplishment and overall quality,private colleges and universities as an important training base,is responsible for overall development of training talents,the most common method for training the overall quality of college students is to learn civility,but there are various issues to be resolved in the current civility teaching.
