用SWOT分析法解析大学生就业

With SWOT method to analyze university students' employment

受高校规模的高速扩张和宏观经济环境的影响,加之2008年全球金融危机对我国就业的不利影响还没有消除,大学毕业生的就业形势日益严峻。文章从大学生目前的就业现状入手,用著名的SWOT分析法深入分析了大学生自身存在的优势、劣势,外部面临的机遇和挑战,最后从大学生自身、学校、用人单位、政府几方面提出了一些解决大学生就业问题的建议。

Affected by the rapid expansion of the scale and the influence of macroscopical economy environment,couples with the adverse effects of 2008 global financial crisis on China's employment has not been eliminated,the employment situation of university graduates is increasingly serious.The article starts from the students' current situation of employment,with the famous SWOT method to analyze their own advantage,disadvantage,the external opportunity and challenge,finally from the college students themselves,schools,employers,government to put forward some suggestions to solve the employment problem of college students.
