专业应用型高校双师型教师队伍建设的研究

Construction of double-type teachers group in professional applied colleges

高度重视"双师型"教师队伍建设的根本目的是为了提高专业应用型高校的教学质量。没有质量就难有特色;没有特色,就难有优势;没有优势,就难有效益;没有效益,就难以生存。提高教学质量是根本大计,建立"双师型"教师队伍是专业应用型高校的关键问题。为此,作者提出了七条建议。

The basic aim of attaching great importance to the 'double type' teachers construction is to improve the teaching quality of professional applied colleges.No quality is difficult to have characteristic;no characteristic is hard to have advantage;no advantage is no benefits;no benefit would be difficult to survive.Improving the quality of teaching is of fundamental importance,establishing the teachers group of 'double type' in professional colleges is the key problem.Therefore,the author put forward seven proposals.
