重视细节管理,是图书馆实现各项工作计划和目标的基础,是实现图书馆最终管理目标的一种必备途径。高校图书馆要要充分发挥作用,就必须按照人本管理、"特殊时刻"管理、自组织管理等基本原则,采取切实可行的服务措施向读者提供文献信息资源和各种服务设施设备,并给馆员提供相对宽松的工作氛围和工作环境,切实提高图书馆服务读者的效能,促进高校图书馆向纵深发展。

Attention to the details of management,is the basis for the library to achieve a variety of work plan so and goals,is the necessary way to achieve the ultimate goal of the library.only establishing a scientific management system which is reasonable and feasible on details,the library can achieve management objectives and the ultimate effectiveness.To play its role Fully,University Library must Follow the principles such as people-oriented management,'special moment' management,basic principles of self-organization and management,and take practical measures to provide readers with the service information resources and services facilities and equipment,and provide relatively relaxed work atmosphere and work environment to librarians,and effectively improve the performance of library services,for readers,then promote the university library to develop in depth.
