高职教育工学结合人才培养模式研究

Research on talents training mode of work-study combination in higher vocational education

我国的高等教育虽然有了长足的发展,但目前高等职业教育也存在一些问题。高等职业教育培养模式下的毕业生与企业的实际需求存在极大差距,一些高职学校的教学内容与企业的生产实践相脱节,导致部分高职毕业学生很难适应企业的工作。高等职业学校应该加强与企业的合作,依托工学结合模式,解决毕业生能力不足问题。办学的过程中,要积极的创造条件,主动地更新观念、创造条件、推进工学结合体制机制创新,促进高等职业教育的健康发展。

The higher education of our country has been considerable development,but at present the higher occupation education has some problems,there exists a huge gap between higher occupation education training mode of graduates and the actual needs of enterprises,the teaching content disconnect to the production practice of the enterprise,leading to some higher vocational graduate students are difficult to adapt to the work of enterprise.Higher occupation schools should strengthen the cooperation with the enterprises,relying on the model of work-study combination,to solve the problem of insufficient capacity of graduates.In the process of education,to actively create conditions,update concepts,create a condition,promote the mechanism innovation of work-study combination system,promote the health development of higher occupation education.
