On Sun yat-sen′s local autonomy thoughts

自清末至民末,中华民国国父孙中山先生竭力为地方自治方案奔波忙碌,以期中国的政治制度真正走上民主平等的道路。地方自治这一理念从孕育到成熟,实为孙中山先生把欧美的联邦体制与中国当时的国情相结合的成果。自改革开放以来,大陆学者纷纷转向对孙中山民权主义思想的研究,而作为民权主义的重要组成部分则是地方自治思想,更是学者们比较探讨其与中国中央与地方关系的重要理论设想,这一创造性理论对于我们建设中国特色社会主义政治富有深刻的启示意义。

since the end of Qing Dynasty to the Republic of China Sun Yat Sen people,Mr. Sun was busy for local autono-mous scheme,in order to Chinese political system truly embark on the road of democracy and equality. The idea of local autono-my was from emergence to maturity,as Mr. Sun put the American federal system and Chinese was the result of combining the national conditions.Since the reform and open policy,research on Sun′s ideas of civil rights have turned to mainland scholars,as an important part of civil rights is the idea of local autonomy,more scholars are important theoretical assumption and the com-parative study of the relationship between central and local China,this creative theory for our construction of socialist polity have rich and profound enlightenment significance.
