摘要
高校学生党员再教育环节存在的诸多问题与党员角色定位不清晰、再教育手段欠缺有关。通过将社会学社会角色理论引入到党员再教育中,为学生党员提供实践性角色体验岗位,让党员在岗位体验中内化党员意识、履行党员义务、展示党员形象,可以创新党员再教育的载体,有效提升党的建设科学化水平。
At present,the college student party members re-education link has many problems,the party members’role is not clear,lack of related party member re-education means. To introduce social role theory of sociology as a party member re-education,provide practical role experience for student party members in the post,let the party members in the post experi-ence,internalize the party members’consciousness,the performance of the obligations of party members,show the image of party members,party members can innovation carrier of re-education,effectively enhance the level of party building more sci-entific.
