摘要
高校服装设计人才培养的教学模式应该如何顺应市场需求,如何培养适合企业要求的人才成了高校培养学生的目标。通过学生分阶段的企业实习,不断发现问题,探索教学改革,以适应选才与就业的双向需要。
How the teaching mode of talent training can meet the demands of the market and how to train talents according to the requirements of enterprises,became the target of college students.So as to adapt to the needs of both selection and employment,the study aims to find out problems,explore the innovation of teaching methods based on students' internship in enterprises.
