摘要 五年一贯制高职新生管理已经成为了目前高职院校普遍的难点问题,存在着对管理制度的逆反心理;严重评价指标体系过于简单;发挥自主管理容易出现偏差等问题。根据五年一贯制学生的特点,五年一贯制高职生新生的管理应该切实贯彻素质教育方针,建立起科学的评价体系;坚持因材施教,立足个性化的教育理念;注重宽严相济,制度管理与自主管理相结合。 The freshmen management of five-year consistent college has become the general difficult issue in vocational college at present,which exists a negative mentality towards the management system;simplistic evaluation index system;easy deviation in playing independent management and so on.According to the characteristics of the students of five-year consistent college,the management of five-year vocational freshmen should earnestly carry out the policy of the quality-oriented education,set up scientific evaluation system;stick to teach students in accordance to their aptitude,based on individualized education idea;lay emphasis on combing punishment with leniency,and the combination of system management and independent management.
