大数据时代的来临给软件学院人才培养提出了新的挑战。在总结大数据特点的基础上,分析大数据时代对软件人才的要求,并立足于湛江师范学院东软软件学院的实际,提出大数据相关能力培养的课程和实训项目。旨在寻找大数据时代下软件学院学生能力提升的合适路径,实现学生的"零差距"就业。

The Big data age has come,it will bring new challenge to cultivate the software college students. At first we summarize the characteristic of Big data,and then analyze the requirements of software talent in big data age. The courses and training project have been put forward to enhance students’ability based on the real situation of Neusoft institute of Zhanjiang normal college. In this way,we can enhance students’ability effectively,and reduce the gap between software engineering students’ability and the demand of software development companies in big data age.
