高职院校学生就业惰性原因及对策浅析

On the causes and countermeasures of employment inertia among vocational college graduates

最近几年,高校毕业生就业形势严峻,尤其是今年被称为史上最难就业年,此种形势,一部分可能是社会因素,另一部分是毕业生本身对就业存在惰性。本文试从五个方面分析毕业生存在就业惰性的原因以及针对此原因,辅导员应采取何种措施,以期能鼓励毕业生积极就业。

Recently,graduates face the severe employment situation,especially this year called history's most difficult year of employment. Such situation is partly due to the social factors,partly caused by the inertia of graduates. To encourage gradu-ates to get involved in employment actively,this paper focuses on analyzing the causes of employment inertia and proposing some effective measures taken by school counselor.
