老子与孙子的军事哲学本质上都是"道论",以"道论"展开的老、孙军事哲学之异同主要表现在三个方面,分别诠释了老、孙对于战争立场、战争谋略、战争指向的把握、运用和省察,其军事哲学对后世形成的慎战、尚谋、全胜的军事文化产生了重大而深远的影响。
